Kefan Chen
Kefan Chen is a PhD student at Heriot-Watt University and a member of the PRIME project group. His research focuses on the intersection of Explainable AI and Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), with a goal of developing innovative solutions that bridge the gap between these two fields. Kefan holds a Master of Science degree in Artificial Intelligence with distinction from the University of Aberdeen and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronic Engineering from Sichuan University of Science and Technology. Before starting his PhD, Kefan gained hands-on experience in AI as a Research and Development Engineer in the gaming industry at Virtuos and as a Data Scientist at SAP, where he designed and implemented solutions for clients.
